1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KickVista (“the Service”) at kickvista.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KickVista is a football information platform providing live scores, league standings, AI-powered match analysis, a fan community, and a daily attendance reward system. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sports betting service and no content on this site constitutes gambling advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You may not use another user's account without permission.
- You must notify us immediately at support@kickvista.io of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. User-Generated Content
By submitting posts, comments, or other content (“User Content”) to the Service, you grant KickVista a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content within the Service.
You agree not to post content that:
- Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing links
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Violates the privacy of others
- Is unrelated to football or sports
We reserve the right to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KickVista. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Football data is provided by third-party APIs and is subject to those providers' terms.
7. Advertising
The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of such advertisements. Clicking on advertisements may direct you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Attendance & Points System
The attendance check-in and points system is provided as an engagement feature with no monetary value. Points, badges, and ranks are solely for use within the Service and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside of KickVista. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points system at any time without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Sports data (scores, standings, fixtures) is provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies; do not rely on it for any financial, betting, or legal decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KickVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed KRW 100,000 (or equivalent).
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Korea.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
